Shopping with thesnusworld is safe, we use the maximal level of security. The communication between us, you and Paypal is encrypted when the data is exchanged. Thesnusworld never accumulate or directly handle credit card details.

We currently accept following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. To verify your card payments, you might need to use the security method 3D secure. The service is called Verified by Visa for Visa cards and MasterCard SecureCode for MasterCard cards. This is to avoid misuse of the card and to make sure the card owner that executes the payment. If you want to connect your credit card to 3D secure, please contact your bank.

Use IBAN and Swift to make payments in advance to our bank account, in US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK). After your order is placed, the payment instructions will be sent to your email. Your order will be processed when we have received your payment, within 1-2 banking days.

We offer free shipping within the EU on all orders of €40 or more. For orders under €40, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies. Express delivery with UPS Express Saver is available for €9.99, or free on orders of €100 or more.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a separate email with your tracking information.
Where is my package?
The delivery time is 1-8 business days, however, sometimes delays occur that are out of our control. Contact out customer support for more information.
Can I return or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible, this is only possible if it is still in process.
Snus is a perishable product and unfortunately, we do not take it in return.
